目的:探讨口腔炎喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:将2022年1月～2023年1月我院收治的100例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿进行研究。分组方法选择随机数字表法,分成两组各50例。对照组接受康复新液治疗,观察组接受口腔炎喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、症状缓解时间及治疗期间不良反应情况的差异。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间均短于对照组,统计学结果有显著差异(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率较低(P> 0.05)。结论:口腔炎喷雾剂联合康复新液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,安全性良好,值得临床推荐。
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of stomatitis spray combined with Kangfuxin liquid on herpetic angina.Methods:A study was conducted on 100 children with herpetic angina admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.Randomized number table method was selected as the grouping method,and the 100 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid,and the observation group was treated with stomatitis spray combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The differences in treatment effectiveness,symptom relief time,hospitalization time,and adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(P <0.05);The time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences between groups(P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was lower in both groups,and the difference between them is not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of stomatitis spray and Kangfuxin liquid is effective and safe in the treatment of herpetic angina,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
