在高校党建工作全面提质背景下,高校学生党员先锋模范作用有效发挥仍面临结构性失衡与动力不足问题。研究采用问卷调查、深度访谈方法互证,基于J省四所不同类型高校1766名学生党员开展实证调研。研究发现,高校学生党员整体政治认同较高,先锋模范作用呈现“传统场域突出、网络空间与社会服务不足”的特征,实践中面临入党动机功利化、承诺践诺与激励反馈机制缺失,以及实践平台供给与能力结构错位等现实困境,其根源主要来自社会环境、教育供给与个体能力三方面的制约。最后提出通过思想铸魂、能力提升、平台优化与创新制度构建长效机制,为高校学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥提供培育路径参考,也为新时代高校党建与立德树人融合发展贡献新的理论阐释与实证支持。
Abstract:In the context of comprehensively improve the quality of Party building in universities, the effective exertion of their advanced and exemplary role of student Party members is confronted with structural imbalance and insufficient driving force.Based on questionnaire and deep interview which provide evidence to each other, this study made an investigation among 1766 student Party members in four different types of universities of J Province, finding that student Party members in colleges and universities generally hold high political identity, and the exsertion of their the exemplary role is characterized as “being obvious in traditional fields whereas insufficient in cyberspace and social service”;What's more, it finds such problems as the utilitarianized motive for memership, lack of mechanisms of commitment fulfilling, incentives and feedback providing, and mismatches between practice platforms and individual competence structure, the root of which lies in the constraint from social environment, educational supply and personal compentence.The study accordingly makes some proposals like guiding their ideological development, developing their capacity, optimizing platform, and innovating systems to construct long-term mechanism, so as to provide practical pathways for cultivating student Party members' ability to play advanced and exemplary role, and to offer theoretical explanation and experimental support for an integrated development of Party building and fostering virtue through education in university in new era.
